Our vision is to create, both organically and via acquisitions, an integrated network of specialist and leading insurance intermediaries across multiple classes. 

Noble Group was born in 2019 via the management buy-in of Noble Marine, a leading pleasurecraft specialist in the UK marine market.

Later that year we completed two further complementary acquisitions: Yachtline in October 2019 and WG Yachts in December 2019.

These businesses have deep expertise and strong reputations in their core marine markets, built up over many decades of operations. Under Noble Group’s ownership, they now also benefit from reinvigorated strategic direction, upgraded technological solutions and enhanced underwriting sophistication.

Meet our team

Henry Arundel
Managing Director

Henry co-founded Noble Insurance Group in 2019. He acts as a Managing Director, overseeing all aspects of strategic leadership, corporate development and finance.

Previously Henry worked in various private equity and corporate finance roles at NM Rothschild, Evercore and most latterly Inflexion, the leading mid-market private equity house.

Ian McManus
Managing Director

Ian co-founded Noble Insurance Group in 2019. He acts as a Managing Director, overseeing all aspects of strategic leadership, commercial management and operations.

Previously Ian was Managing Director of Private Clients & Consumer at Aon. Prior to that he enjoyed 13 years at Zurich, which included senior leadership positions in Partnerships, Direct and Broker distribution channels ranging from sales, operations, IT and P&L ownership roles.
